Our founder, Mark Ellis, spent years working in refinishing and repair. Along the way, he discovered that bathtub refinishing wasn’t just another task — it was a skill that could completely change someone’s livelihood. He saw firsthand how quickly a person could go from beginner to confident professional with the right guidance.
When he started teaching his own crew, something unexpected happened:
The training worked and it worked fast.
His employees were gaining skills, taking pride in their work, and earning more than they ever imagined. And he realized something important:
